Responsibilities: Conducts analysis of specifications to ensure garments are manufactured according to the standards of quality, fit, and construction. \- Prepare and publish specifications and technical drawings in PLM system. \- Measure and evaluate samples for fit and construction. \- Executes pattern, construction, and fit changes with minimal supervision from leadership. : \- Experience with apparel or accessory garment construction, terminology and fit \- Experience with pattern making/draping and grading \- Excellent communication skills \- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and PDS/CAD pattern making software - Gerber preferred \- Experience with PLM System - FlexPLM preferred \- Knowledge of 3D apparel software a plus \- Strong analytical skills \- Solid technical drawing skills \- Solid understanding of the L.L.Bean customer \- Strong attention to detail \- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment \- Ability to lift/carry 20lbs.
