Make accurate 1st proto specs, complete Tech Pack for development through final fit comments for production (including understanding and provide grading rules) Update tech packs to stay on top of design sketch revisions, construction details and specs following Proto / Line Review notes Interface with the Pre-Production and Production teams to ensure all deadlines are met. 8-12+ years of Technical Design experience and at least 3+ years of leading the Tech team
