Technical Designer Associate

The Technical Design Associate will thrive in a start-up atmosphere in a highly dynamic environment. This role manages all product for one of our brands experience dependent: may include Mens, Womens, and Gender Neutral. Categories including woven, knit, sweater apparel and accessories with the potential for future category expansion. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Design, Pattern Making or related field preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience in production fitting and pattern making Experience influencing a project or team Strong organization and time management skills Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and MS Office Suite Product Lifecycle Management system experience preferred Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills Ability and willingness to travel globally Knowledgeable in grade rules and tolerances We’ve got you covered We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision and dental coverage, a fabulous merchandise discount, an employer-matched 401(k) plan and much more.
