Role Description Qualifications • Proficiency in Technical Design and Pattern Making to execute precise and detailed garment specifications • Strong knowledge of Garment Construction and Fitting to maintain the highest standards of product quality • Understanding of Architecture as it relates to garment structure and design • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Understanding of sewing machine function and adjustments • Understanding of various sewing machine stitches, tensions and how to communicate corrections • Understanding of construction steps to be able to communicate with sewing floor • Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field is preferred • Familiarity with design software and tools used for pattern making and technical drawings
