As a Technical Designer, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance to a cross-functional team on various aspects related to garment specifications, patterns, construction techniques, and methods. Collaborating with overseas vendors will be a key part of your role. You will work closely with them to ensure that development, construction, and fit are aligned throughout the product lifecycle. Creating technical packages, which include construction details that adhere to Rebecca Taylor standards, for vendors to follow is also part of your job. You will need an Associate's degree in fashion, technical design, or a related field to qualify for this role.
