Clearly Communicate with overseas factory, how best to revise and correct garment for better fit, using detailed comments, measurements, pattern changes and photos on form Knowledge of grading, especially specific to children clothing, with ability to review markers for best consumption. Collaborating with design for new product development, advising initial measurements, garment construction and standard factory production techniques Technical Design Qualification include: 3-5 years Girls and Boys technical design experience is essential. Knowledge of garment construction as well as best factory sewing techniques is essential Pattern corrections and basic grading principles is essential Ability to create detail construction pages for factory from designer sketches is a plus Experience with WM Flex, JCP Flex, Browzwear 3D, BeProduct are a plus – but not essential Experience with Junior cut and sew and full-fashioned sweaters are a plus. Ideal Candidate General Qualifications: Excellent time management skills in fast paced environment – must be able to juggle multiple tasks with understanding of high urgency prioritization based on deadlines and delivery.
