Communicate daily with both clients and overseas factories, via in-person and virtual meetings, as well as email, slack and whatsapp as needed, in a professional manner that reflects the client-centric values of AJG. Must be able to work in-person at our Austin, TX, but be comfortable working with employees & Managers who are off-site or work remotely. PLM experience a plus (Centric, Backbone)
