Key Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on sales, promotions, and new arrivals • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns • Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed
