TEAM MANAGER, CLIENT SERVICES

As Team Manager for Gucci Live, Client Services you will effectively lead and support all activities to achieve the Gucci Live sales and clienteling objectives and demonstrate an unsurpassed service culture. ); Establish accountability while ensuring that the teams achieve the target results and related KPIs Strong grasp on all business metrics and ability to strategize sale/business to identify trends and opportunities and develop strategic action plans; Ensure performance visibility by providing regular updates on sales results and performance and progress to Senior Director, Client Services, including call and email data, outsource information, preorders, etc; Partner with Senior Director, Client Services and People Partner – Gucci 9 Hudson, on complex employee relations issues and escalate, as needed; Collaborate with the Training and Client Engagement teams on new product and clienteling trainings; Attract, recruit, and retain a high performing team in conjunction with the Talent Partner; Strong ability to analyze the current and future trends of the digital business and how it relates to necessary actions needed to cascade with the teams. Must be available to work a flexible work schedule which may include evenings, weekends and holidays; Extremely well organized and structured – excellent project management skills; Experience with utilizing an Omni Channel approach in analyzing the business.
