TEAM LEADER, FINANCE

Partner with other areas of the business on any upgrades, new processes or new systems that affect your area of responsibility within Finance. Delegate work across functions to meet established performance measures and goals on a consistent basis Enforce department standards, schedules, policies and procedures Evaluate process and make recommendations to optimize the efficiency of the team Resolve escalated or extended customer concerns May ensure procedures and internal controls are operating effectively Interact effectively with all levels and across divisions to provide information and analysis Maintain and enhance business partner and/or vendor relationships Partner with other areas of the business on any upgrades, new processes or new systems that affect accounts payable Research and respond to concerns highlighted by business partners May coordinate IT user acceptance testing/implementation, communications and training Train new associates on best practices and workflow activity Develop staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments, and establishing performance development plans Develop and deliver training as needed to share expertise with business partners 4+ years of relevant experience Working knowledge of Financial Software programs Advanced knowledge of Excel Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally Strong analytical, planning and organization, decision making and leadership skills
