Purpose of Role: The position is responsible for managing a team, comprised of non-exempt warehouse associates and a fluctuating temp staff, by setting direction and motivating them to meet or exceed business and team goals. Partner with Day/Night Shift Distribution Team Leaders and Managers, Customer Care partners, and other Distribution Support Groups to develop plans to meet or exceed performance measurements.
