Role and Responsibilities of Team Lead:

As a Team Leader, your role will involve driving sales, managing day-to-day store operations, and ensuring that your team provides an outstanding customer experience. You will also work closely with store management to ensure that high standards are consistently maintained.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to maximize sales and meet customer expectations.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked and visually appealing to customers.
• Allocate tasks and manage colleague schedules effectively to maintain productivity.
• Oversee key customer areas, ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient shopping experience.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Address customer feedback, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve goals.
• Ensure all operational tasks, such as pricing and markdowns, are completed accurately and timely.

Required Skills and Experience of Team Lead:
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing retail environments.
• Clear communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Experience using retail technologies like POS systems, cash registers, and self-checkouts.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
