Role and Responsibilities of Team Development Leader:

As a Team Leader, you’ll focus on driving sales, ensuring efficient store operations, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll collaborate closely with store management to uphold the highest standards and create a positive, productive store culture.
• Maintain strong stock levels and size availability to maximize sales potential and meet customer demands.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, visually appealing, and merchandised according to store standards.
• Delegate tasks effectively and manage colleague schedules to maintain store productivity.
• Monitor key customer-facing areas to ensure a fast, friendly, and efficient shopping experience.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening, closing, and managing other duties when required.
• Address customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate as necessary.
• Coach, motivate, and develop your team through ongoing communication, recognition, and support.
• Ensure operational tasks such as pricing, signage, markdowns, and safety checks are completed on time and accurately.

Required Skills and Experience of Team Development Leader:
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities to adapt to customer needs or changing store requirements.
• Clear communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Experience using retail technologies such as POS systems, cash registers, and self-checkouts.
• Fluency in English for effective communication with customers and staff.

• Salary range: $24 – $27 per hour, based on experience and geographic region.
