Team Captain (Shift Leader)

We are looking for people who enjoy working for a growing organization, as we currently operate 300+ stores nationwide, with many more to come! The Team Captain helps guide the store team by setting the pace on the floor and keeping the team focused and energized. The Team Captain influences others through example, clear communication, and a strong sense of urgency.
