Target is seeking Guest Advocates / Guest Associates to assist customers, operate registers, and support front-end store operations. Associates may also assist with order pickup, drive-up orders, and guest service desk responsibilities. Guest Advocates are responsible for providing customer service, operating registers, processing payments, assisting with returns, helping customers with self-checkout, assisting with online order pickups and drive-up orders, answering customer questions, and maintaining front-end organization and cleanliness.
