Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage team excels in providing guests with a standardized experience by upholding product freshness, availability, correct pricing, and clear signage on the sales floor. Their expertise lies in operations management, processes, and efficiency. This team takes the lead in managing food and food services operations, encompassing tasks such as replenishing supplies, ensuring precise inventory tracking, adhering to food safety guidelines, enhancing product display, setting accurate prices, and implementing promotional signage procedures for all Food and Beverage departments within the store.

Responsibilities:

Provide an exceptional guest experience through a constantly replenished and plentiful shopping environment, placing a priority on meeting the guest's needs instead of focusing solely on tasks.Maintain and ensure the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.Manage food and beverage operations by coordinating food deliveries, restocking merchandise, carrying out inventory checks, ensuring data precision, discarding perishable items, rotating goods, upkeeping sanitation, labeling products accurately, and arranging storage for additional stock.Stay vigilant about the present and upcoming promotions at Starbucks.Maintain adherence to the Target and Starbucks routines, ensuring a consistent guest experience, efficient task completion, and the preservation of food safety protocols.Help ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of digital customer orders through the Starbucks Drive Up process.Ensure that the dining area is consistently inviting to patrons throughout the shift.Interact with customers to meet and exceed their standards in accordance with the Starbucks protocol.Produce handcrafted beverages and meals to meet the standards indicated on recipe cards.Comply with food safety measures by consistently checking and documenting the temperatures of sensitive food items, as indicated in industry best practices.Fulfill and document the completion of all cleaning assignments in the Starbucks location as per the recommended standards.Identify and deal with compromised, recalled, or expired merchandise according to industry best practices.Uphold inventory accuracy by placing store-generated orders based on established best practices.Follow established guidelines for perishable inventory management to maintain accurate inventory records.Practicing sound sampling strategies.Educate yourself on the diverse tools, goods, and facilities offered across the entire store, including those specific to your vicinity, to effectively assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.Complete all essential training mandates and procure the required certifications in the quality control processes for Starbucks goods.Display a culture that values ethical practices, prioritizes safety, and ensures compliance with regulations.Safeguard yourself by consistently practicing safe work habits; adhere to safety policies, optimum procedures, and instructional sessions; report any hazards and rectify them when feasible.Support guest service functions such as secondary cashier responsibilities, order retrieval services, and drive-up assistance while demonstrating a commitment to compliance with regulations, specifically adult beverage statutes on federal, state, and local levels.Foster a hospitable environment by warmly acknowledging visitors as you carry out your everyday chores.Provide a welcoming interaction with guests to address and resolve their unique needs effectively.Thank our guests for choosing Target as their preferred retail destination and convey our pleasure in having them visit.Any other duties may be allocated depending on the prevailing needs of the businessSkills:
