\- Using adult learning and organization development theory, design, develop and deploy learning and development initiatives across topic areas such as core competencies, professional skills, diversity and inclusion training, management development and leadership development. \- Creatively design modern learning programs and experiences in a variety of formats including self-directed, classroom, digital, networking, mentoring, integrated to the flow of work, 'train the trainer' and blended approaches. Graduate degree in organization development, HR, or MBA preferred \- Demonstrated experience creating compelling graphics and user interfaces with Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite \- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) \- Knowledge of adult learning theory, needs analysis, modern learning formats, learning design and evaluation methodology \- Demonstrated experience delivering learning experiences through a variety of formats including in person instructor led; virtual instructor led; self- directed learning paths and advanced facilitation. \- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment. we proudly offer a slate of more nontraditional perks - opportunities like on/offsite seminars, customized team building sessions, tuition reimbursement, and various mentorship programs - that encourage our associates to grow personally as they develop professionally.
