The Simon Property and ABG joint venture also own the Forever 21 and Brooks Brothers brands.General Summary:The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent into the organization through creative recruiting strategies and effective management of the selection process. The Talent Acquisition Partner owns full cycle recruiting for full time positions opportunities, and works to promote the brands in the candidate community and retail industry.Position Responsibilities:• Handle the full cycle recruitment process for positions based in NYC and NJ offices. )• Manage high volume of resume through Applicant Tracking System• Maintain an awareness of total team projects and responsibilities to provide support and partnership as needed• Assist in the recruitment of the Spring and Summer Internship Programs• Assist in providing content for our career sites social media posting• Partner with the HR team on the development of recruiting strategies and special projects Position Requirements:• 2-3 years of previous recruitment experience, preferably with a retail/fashion organization• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word• Prior experience in utilizing an applicant tracking system.• Outstanding organizational and administrative skills; detail-orientation and resourcefulness• Ability to build relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners• Strong listening, written and oral communication skills• Ability to multi-task effectively and work on own initiative in an extremely busy environment where constant reprioritization is required• Detail oriented with strong follow through skills• Ability to maintain confidential informationSPARC Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
