Our headquarters are located in the heart of Austin, Texas, and we embrace the unique vibe and energy of our hometown as an inspiration for our brand and company culture.We have an exciting opportunity to manage Talent Acquisition Operations in a growth retailer, supporting our stores, supply chain, customer care and talent acquisition functions. Develop seasonal recruiting strategy to include collateral development and implement recruiting plan.· Innovate and create new ways to compete in the competitive hiring retail market which includes tools/reporting/best practice guidelines to be used enterprise wide.· Partner with internal marketing teams to create and manage recruiting collateral for the enterprise.· Assist in the preparation for career and job fairs.· Liaison for the enterprise diversity and inclusion recruitment programs.Reporting and Systems–25%· Build, enhance, and maintain our applicant tracking systems which includes troubleshooting and managing any escalated issues with the vendor.· Recommend and implement process improvements as it relates to our recruitment technology.· Responsible for investigation and implementation of new recruitment technology or systems.· Generate reports to track hiring data and trends.· Analyze data to make recommendations related to recruitment processes, system workflows, and recruitment marketing spend and usage across the enterprise.· Lead efforts to develop an assessment process and vendor.· Report on targeted recruiting efforts, candidate feedback, and talent acquisition initiatives.Project and Process Management – 25%· Review processes and make recommendations to streamline, simplify and enhance the talent acquisition space.· Produce process documents and workflows.· Oversee project development, management, and planning for talent acquisition team and recruiting related initiatives.· Manage project tools and templates.· Maintain talent acquisition team project and initiatives trackers.Training and Documentation-10%· Coordinate roll out of training materials in partnership with key departments at the store support center to assist with recruitment across the enterprise.· Produce printed materials and host training sessions as needed with the talent acquisition specialists.· Provide coaching, oversight and follow-up training to those utilizing our applicant tracking system and assessments.· Support key partners in the design, implementation, and maintenance of documentation required to meet evolving employment legislation surrounding hiring and recruitment processes.· Maintain and update tools and templates as needed.Other –10%· Supervise/manage a TA Operations Coordinator· Special projects as assignedOur Ideal Candidate Will Have:· Must have previous experience working for a retailer· 5+ years retail recruiting or human resource experience preferred· Strong oral and written communications skills, presentation skills, and problem-solving skills· Previous experience with applicant tracking systems which includes building/modifying workflows is strongly preferred.· Previous experience building assessments and understanding validation process is preferred.· Process orientated mindset, quickly able to identifies inefficiencies.· Previous experience building process, managing and reporting on a retail peak season staffing for the enterprise is preferred.· Previous project management/process innovation experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.· Learn new things quickly and proactively seek out answers to questions.· Proactive and contributive; takes initiative and follows-through reliably.· Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple tight deadlines.· Ability to plan and manage projects with time constraints.· Excellent organization and analytical skills.· Ability to handle change and deal with ambiguity.· Skilled at reprioritizing tasks based on the business needs.
