Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, sales experience in men's apparel and a solid understanding of fabrics, patterns and styles. Duties - Perform alterations and repairs on various types of clothing - Use sewing machines, hand stitching, and other tools to complete garment construction - Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications - Proficient in sewing techniques and garment construction - Experience with sewing machines and other sewing tools - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus - Excellent customer service skills Pay: $16.06 - $16.93 per hour Ability to Relocate: • Indianapolis, IN 46204: Relocate before starting work (Required)
