As a Tailor, you will be responsible for the execution of **alterations** and supporting **client relationship strategies**. Your daily presence will allow you to **develop a client base**, **drive store revenue** and shape the **brand experience**.

As a member of the team accountable for operational excellence, you will act as an advisor, possess in depth **product knowledge**, and provide the **highest level of service**.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
* Accomplished professional sewing and fitting skills
* High School diploma/GED preferred
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team
* Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
* While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other language skills are considered a strong asset
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of $35.00, with a comprehensive benefits package including: paid time off, parental leave, disability leave, bereavement, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
