**Job Description:** The Operations & Production Associate role is a flexible, independent, and highly engaging position centered on a satisfying array of responsibilities integral to how our business is run, including customer service, order processing, product setups across platforms, printing garments on our state of the art digital printers, shipping, fulfillment, and creative ongoing projects aligned with your skills and interests. You’ll be nurtured in your role throughout your tenure and offered well established tools for success, along with ongoing education to encourage growth in yourself and your position on an ongoing basis. **Hours & Availability** This is a part time position (15 - 25 hrs/wk) to start, with a strong opportunity to move into a full time role with benefits.
