Systems Analyst, OMS - PVH Corp.

POSITION SUMMARY: PVH has embarked upon building a Global Digital Commerce platform, a world class ecosystem focused around the needs of our consumers, while also being operationally efficient. In this new role within the Global Order Management team, you will have the opportunity to help define and shape the future of Digital Commerce across all of PVHs brands and across the globe. The individual will also be responsible for production support of applications in the areas of responsibility.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Work with guidance from IT Development Manager and Technical Specialists on new projects, support tasks, and testingSupport project teams to ensure changes and enhancements within the application are properly tested before deployment to productionDefine reporting requirements in Cognos or similar Business Intelligence (BI) toolsPerform application configuration & install Software enhancements in lower environmentsWork with Cross Functional IT teams on projects & support tasksBe on rotational on-call support________________________________________________________________QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience as a functional/system analyst with Order Management solutions (preferably Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) from Manhattan Associates or DOM) or similar competing product Specific areas of experience preferred include:Order and inventory flowsInventory segmentation and allocationConfiguration, testing, research, and troubleshootingA minimum of 3+ years work experience working REST APIs, XML/XSLT and JSONsA minimum of 3+ years work experience – UNIX, SQL, MySQL and Integration conceptsA minimum of 3+ years work experience – BI design and implementationUnderstanding of Relational Databases and SQL query fundamentals to support required data analysisProficient with SQL, MySQL, UNIX Scripting and Big QueryExperience with Cloud Computing such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS or AzureWorking knowledge of Postman and collections to update and test system configurationsUnderstanding of Integration tools like MuleSoft or TIBCO a plus Working knowledge of Warehouse Management or fulfillment systems a plusExperience with Change Management and Issue reporting on Service Now (SNOW)Education: Bachelor’s Degree required in Information Systems or related fieldSkills: Functional & Technical knowledge of Distributed Order Management (DOM), supply chain, and retail processesExperience with a Manhattan Active Omni a plusExperience in System Configuration to setup multiple functionalities to align with Business requirements.
