System Operations Manager

Dagne Dover is looking for a Systems Operations Manager who has a passion for analyzing complex problems and creating solutions that empower team members to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: Own key integrations and information flow within key systems (NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify, Toolio, SPS Commerce, WMS, and others), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established processes Work closely with the VP of Operations & Logistics to identify existing or potential operational pain points and limitations, and to develop solutions to ease the operational burden and simplify cross-functional operations as our business grows in size and complexity Seek out and drive improvements in integrations and information flows under supervision and review of VP of Operations & Logistics Support the VP of Operations & Logistics during complex implementations and adoption of any new system identified or process created Create processes to efficiently and effectively onboard new EDI-based trading partners Update and maintain EDI connections for existing trading partners Support digital marketplace integrations and operations, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams Create and maintain reports in NetSuite that highlight critical changes, issues, or problems that can be quickly surfaced for response and resolution Ensure transparency of, access to, and accuracy of data and information internally Use flow charts where necessary to demonstrate existing and future processes Design, carry out, and summarize user acceptance testing as needed Qualifications: BA/BS degree with 3+ years of IT, systems, business process, operations, product management, business consulting, accounting, or similar analytical roles Deep familiarity with NetSuite (this is a must) Cross-functional project management experience Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects of a wide breadth with guidance Understanding of APIs and other information flow protocols, ideally with some technical ability to recommend and oversee complex changes implemented by third party technical consultants, or to make simple changes to internal operating systems Analytical thinker with an eye for efficiency through process and technology Ability to break down complex processes and systems in a digestible way Salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000.
