Research trends & new silhouettes at the start of every season Design development process, including organizing design libraries, copying and printing out TPs Create tech packs Communicate and follow up with overseas mills from initial proto request stage through to showroom sample request to ensure deadlines are being met Drive color and print direction for the season Attend design fittings and take detailed fit notes Assist in lookbook photoshoot Assist in market week preparation Requirements: 2-5 years swimwear experience Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a deadline orientated work environment Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Adobe Photoshop Salary: $75,000- 80,000 Benefits: Major Medical/Denal/Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Aflac Life Insurance Long Term Disability
