This team specifically works with challenger brands like Billie, ideating campaigns that upend the way we think about the Pink Tax, female body hair, and the unrealistic body standards placed on women.Note: This role is based in our NYC office, working two days a week in the office on a hybrid schedule, employees at this level do have some additional flexibility available to them.How You'll Make an Impact:Hold one of the most senior positions in the firm, supporting leadership on implementing new protocols and policies.Manage and mentor a growing team of 5+ staffers.Concept and implement structural changes to optimize efficiency and improve work quality.Act as high level strategic lead, directing client strategy, brand messaging, tentpole campaign concepts, and high stakes comms with the support of your senior team members.As a creative thought leader, this position hosts brainstorms, reverse engineers virality, and leads the creation of share-worthy moments for our brands.Lead your team’s finances, including managing profitability, staffing matrixes, planning and budgeting-- all with the support of a dynamic backend tool that allows you to determine, in real-time, how adding a new hire or account could impact your team's destiny.You will be an integral part of new business, reviewing our inbound pipeline to both voice the brands you are passionate about taking on, as well as to develop the proposals and concepts that win the hearts and minds of new partners.Why we’ll love you:You have 12-15+ years of directly relevant experience ideally within the fashion, beauty, retail or similar industries.You’ve overseen large teams - and across multiple accounts, workflows or projects.You understand how to employ creativity to make something uniquely compelling to share with an audience, whether for a journalist or a blogger.You’re a client whisperer, able to earn and keep client trust.You spot and land business opportunities with a proven track record of winning new business and signing incremental SOWs with existing clients to increase billings.You celebrate the small wins and thrive off building up a team of A players.Why you’ll love us:Atypical Time: a generous PTO plan that scales with tenure in addition to Summer Fridays, Day of Rests for mental health, Caregiving days, and time off for Unsick Days dedicated to preventative care.Dedicated Time Each Day for Deep Work: Our unique Smalls In Sync program carves out daily time for you to collaborate with colleagues as well as have the space to get your strategic, solo work done.We invest in you: We have 100% employer covered medical leave, contribute to your 401k (whether you decide to contribute or not), in addition to contributing towards your gym memberships, dental, vision, data plans / home WiFi, and daily commute.
