Strategy & Innovation: Partner with the President to execute a strategic plan for the division that is aligned with Licensor vision to maximize market opportunities, grow sales and increase profit. Partner with finance, sales and senior management to set seasonal sales goals for brand; consult with customers and collaborate with sales to devise merchandising plans; review design needs and concepts to ensure that the team builds a balanced assortment; work with domestic and overseas production teams and vendors to plan production and ensure on-time delivery. In depth knowledge of product development, trends, supply chain, packaging, advertising, and sales. Entrepreneurial drive tempered by judgment and strong leadership skills.
