Key Responsibilities: • Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience • Meet or exceed personal, category, and store sales targets • Build client relationships to support new business acquisition and retention • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Rebag's values and vision • Communicate product feedback to the management team • Support all company initiatives related to product launches, client service, and sales • Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge and new arrivals • Stay up-to-date with trends and designers/brands • Ensure store visual merchandising meets company standards • Process online purchase orders efficiently • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Perform store maintenance tasks as needed • Multi-task and coordinate efficiently • Be flexible with working hours and adapt to additional requests Requirements: • Team-oriented with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills • Ability to work across multiple systems • Enthusiasm for the resale industry and its impact on sustainability • Relatable and conversational communication style • Passion for fashion and sustainability • Tech-savvy and self-motivated • Able to present a case study on the industry and Rebag's leadership • Lead by example and prioritize teamwork • Comfortable standing for extended periods • Ability to work weekends and evenings • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (based on role requirements) • Legal right to work in the United States
