Summary Support Associate responsible for stocking, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling to maintain organization and support store sales and customer experience. Works under the RPSO Manager in a Neiman Marcus store and performs operational daily tasks including event setup and safety procedures. Responsibilities • Handle merchandise transfers and process inbound and outbound freight • Fulfill, pack and ship online and store customer orders • Place merchandise to meet visual and merchandising standards • Perform price changes, reticketing and signage moves • Manage damages, mark outs of stock and inventory control processes • Back stock merchandise and maintain stockroom organization • Support setup and takedown of in store events and activations • Follow dock and workplace safety procedures Requirements • Minimum 1 year of retail experience • Ability to follow direction from leads and managers • Basic proficiency with MS Office products • Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds when required • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays • Strong teamwork and adaptability to competing tasks
