SUPPLY CHAIN TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (on-site)

As the Supply Chain Technology Manager, you will be responsible for the tracking, maintenance, and support of all products, including WCS software and hardware requirements. Ensure all equipment is in working order Work with vendors and VARS to keep up with new technology Works with equipment Integrators to ensure equipment is maintained properly and periodic maintenance is performed Support an on-call team to ensure that equipment is available when needed by the business. Work with the WMS support manager to identify document and form changes. Good verbal and written communication skills A degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology a plus Retail Environment, Order Management, Software Systems Support & Warehouse Management experience Use of query and analytical tools
