The Supervisor Keyholder ensures the sales Team meets Store goals of efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Direct responsibilities include ensuring the store is up to operational standards, and also fulfilling leadership functions such as Team development, maintaining high sales floor standards, recruiting, monitoring inventory, fulfilling company directives, and remaining in contact with management. Demonstrates awareness of store sales plans and results. Supports the Store Manager on meeting the expectations for the maintenance and the physical appearance and cleanliness of the store. Communicates store inventory opportunities to the Store Manager.
