Key responsibilities will include: providing day-to-day guidance to a team of Payroll Auditors, Assoc. Your Impact Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure timely and accurate gross to net pay to L Brands’ associates in compliance with Department of Labor laws for on cycle and off cycle payments. Work with the shared service human resources center (HR Direct) and information technology teams to provide functional support involving the HCM/Oracle Cloud and Kronos Workforce Dimensions payroll systems. Lead testing and implementation of HCM/Oracle Cloud and Kronos Workforce Dimensions system updates with the Data Governance and information technology HRMS team.
