Reports to the Store Manager : General Purpose of the Position: Represent and communciates the Kate Spade Brand and Lifestyle to the customers through sales competency, product knowledge, and providing the highest level of customer service. achieves individual sales goals while elevating the sales performance of others develops a strong passion for our products across all categories the leader is responsible for ensuring an exemplary customer experience by ensuring Kate Spade culture is forefront able to develop a personal clientele through effective use of selling skills, proactive client outreach and use of the client book Building the Brand Equity: understand and communciates the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy and lifestyle to the customer to the customer demonstrate passion for the brand and ability to work as a part of the team Operational Excellence : Dealing with Ambiguity: Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air; doesn’t have to finish things before moving on; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
