Work across all Materials and Product Development teams, to support Leather, Fabric, Hardware and Color Development Partner with team members to maintain and organize efficient libraries as well as archiving systems Possess an awareness of the product development timeline and understand how their function relates to the big picture Maintain clear communication within the internal and external partners and vendors Help in the supplier selection and negotiation process through the use of standard tools and capabilities (RFI, RFP, etc) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Perform market analysis and benchmark suppliers, products, and spend for assigned projects Assist in monitoring of supplier performance and work with suppliers to develop product execution timelines, resolve quality / performance issues, and identify opportunities that will drive efficiencies Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A true team player, willing to go above and beyond Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly and maintain curiosity Extremely strong organizational skills Our Competencies for All Employees Dealing with Ambiguity: Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air; doesn’t have to finish things before moving on; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
