## Job description Provide an internship/development opportunity to support the standardization and simplification of tools and processes to deliver an exceptional customer and associate experience. This position requires strong Microsoft Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to learn new concepts/ideas quickly. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supporting your direct supervisor and broader team in: Soliciting and documenting feedback from field and home office partners (e.g., administer surveys, conduct observations, partner with Bright Ideas team) Partnering with manager to develop and manage timelines and deliverables of standardization projects assigned Improve Customer Experience in stores Track and reduce number of tools/ streamline content This role will report to (including but not limited to) Work Force Management, Customer Experience, Events, Technology, or to a Business Unit Leader. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and organization skills Demonstrates a high level of integrity with a strong desire to learn Ability to execute tasks in a thorough and timely fashion while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to translate complicated concepts into simple business terms Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Demonstrates flexibility with work assignments Self-motivated, self-starting, team driven, and a creative thinker Have demonstrated a passion for retail and have an entrepreneurial spirit Embrace collaborative and inclusive environments Have exhibited leadership and an aptitude for building relationships Love to analyze information, solve problems and reach shared decisions Eligible to work in the United States
