## Job description Within each role the intern will have the opportunity to work along-side and learn from professionals that will provide hands on training. Interns will be given opportunities to develop relationships with each other and key leaders within the enterprise through training, community service, and other associate-only experiences offered over the 12-week internship. ## Profile Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field Must be able to work full time (40 hours/week) Strong academic performance (minimum GPA 3.0) In school for at least a year prior to beginning internship and enrolled the quarter/semester following the internship Previous work experience in finance, accounting or the retail industry Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite; in particular Excel and PowerPoint Eligible to work in the United States Demonstrate a high level of integrity and trust-worthiness Demonstrate a strong desire to learn Must be a self-motivated, self-starting, team driven, and creative leader Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision General curiosity around retail/ fashion industry An equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate in hiring or terms and conditions of employment because of an individual's race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status or any other protected category recognized by state, federal or local laws.
