Our Naples store on 12th Avenue, is currently under renovation and we are looking for a polished, joyful fashion lover to join our team when we reopen as part-time Stylist/Sales Associate! Frances Valentine Sales Associates are responsible for the selling process and client service in order to assist the store team in the achievement of the store sales plan.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Selling, Client Service and Brand Aesthetic
Work as a team to achieve store sales goalsUnderstand the brand and company historyBe able to communicate the Frances Valentine aesthetic, philosophy and story to the customerGreet and engage with each customer while being able to educate them on the brandFacilitate an energized pace and service-oriented mindsetProvide courteous, helpful, and efficient service to customers in all areas of the store, including the sales floor and fitting areaSpeak effectively to product knowledge, including how items fit, material information, sustainability, and other key features to assist customers in their purchasing decisionsMaintain productive customer relationships and provide an approachable, inspiring and personalized shopping experienceUtilize slow periods by connecting with clientele on new product, sales, writing thank you notes and follow up on their recent purchasesOperations and Merchandising
Uphold all store policies and proceduresBe fully versed in all necessary Shopify POS functions to operate a seamless checkout: sales, processing of returns, location of merchandise, ordering merchandise from Boxzooka, ship from store sales and fedex transactionsAssist in receiving new shipments, preparing outbound shipments and preparing end of season returnsParticipate in regular inventory counts and communicate any store losses to SM or Operations ManagerMaintain integrity of all visual display presentationsMaintain store appearance by assisting with all housekeeping dutiesField incoming phone calls, emails, and voicemails and respond in a timely mannerAssist with writing a thorough email recap of sales, traffic, and customer connections when closing the storeQualifications
Prior experience in luxury retail environment preferredExcellent verbal communication skillsSolid active listening skillsProven sales and customer service skillsComfortable with POS and computer programsEducation and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.1 year previous retail experience in a comparable retail environmentPhysical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesMust be comfortable using step ladderJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
