Soca offered the city a new shopping experience with a unique selection of contemporary women’s apparel and a vast collection of designer denim. Soca quickly became known for its outstanding customer service and adopted the nickname of “Birmingham’s denim destination.” In 2007, Soca relocated to the prominent Eighteenth Street in Downtown Homewood allowing the team to better connect with its customers and the community. In 2009 Soca's little sister store Soca Girl for tween ages, opened across the street in downtown Homewood. The team looks forward to the continued growth of the company as it furthers its mission of providing an unmatched shopping experience while upholding the company's core values: Love People.
