This is done by leveraging your relationship with clients with your knowledge and love for the product that is thoughtfully procured by Stacy, Owner and Buyer. This role is for you if, you are looking for a career, place to grow and a team to be a part of. • Give personalized recommendations to clients as you build your relationship with them • Deepen relationships with clients through in store and digital experiences • Be knowledgeable on what's new and what's selling well and shares with both the customer and team • Have a grasp on the fashion industry as a whole, trends, cultural influences • Be a team player, maintain visual standards throughout the store, assist with daily operations • Efficiently multitask, ability to weigh priorities and act upon them, ability to have sustained focus as you are completing priorities • Promote the vision and culture of Hampden while balancing the alignment of loyalty to the Hampden brand and being a champion for vendor brands • Resolve guest feedback and address issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests, helping to "make it right" for guests • Strives to meet and exceed sales goals and company key performance indicators • Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members, focusing on personal and professional development
