Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate with strong business instincts, a passion for fashion, and a genuine love for building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional and elevated customer experience.Develop meaningful relationships with clients and build a loyal client book.Provide personalized styling recommendations.Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, and merchandise.Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.Assist with merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.Work collaboratively with team members to support store operations and client service.

Qualifications

Previous retail sales experience preferred.Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Basic technology and social media proficiency.
