Stylists are the heart and soul of our brand and the foundation of every position at South Moon Under. Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers Contribute to the selling environment through a seamless end-to-end experience by engaging with every customer, attending to their needs, and making them feel valued Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion Move dynamically on the floor and communicate with both staff and customers to ensure customer needs are met with product recommendations and curated outfitting Contribute to meeting and/or exceeding all KPI goals and objectives for the store by providing best-in-class service Visual l Business Operations Maintain South Moon Under's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers Support and contribute to the completion of the daily shipment and omni fulfillment processes Have a full understanding of our POS system and provide a seamless customer transaction experience Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain a luxurious environment Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations Perform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job You will be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
