Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, creating a loyal and returning customer base.
Utilize your sales skills to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
Continuously educate yourself on new products, trends, and promotions to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and well-stocked.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of store policies and procedures, including promotions, returns, and exchanges.
Proactively resolve any customer concerns or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience and provide feedback to management.
