For 20 years, Sloan has been known for elevated customer experience, personalized styling, and creating welcoming spaces where customers feel confident, inspired, and taken care of. We’re looking for a fashion loving, people oriented stylist to join our team at our N. Mississippi location and grow within a strong, supportive retail environment.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, building outfits, and turning styling into a thoughtful, hands on experience.
What You’ll Do
Provide personalized, one on one styling for customersBuild complete outfits and make thoughtful product recommendationsCreate meaningful customer relationships and deliver exceptional serviceConfidently drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, low pressure environmentSupport daily store operations and keyholder responsibilities (opening/closing)Maintain elevated visual standards throughout the sales floorContribute to a positive, collaborative, team focused atmosphereWhat We’re Looking For
Retail, styling, or customer facing sales experience preferredGenuine passion for fashion, styling, and customer experienceStrong communication skills and confidence interacting with customersMotivated, dependable, and proactiveTeam oriented with a positive attitudeComfortable working weekends and peak retail hoursPrevious retail or styling experience is preferred.
