STYLIST ASSISTANT

The Styling Assistant will be responsible for recording and organizing all samples for photoshoots as well as supporting the Stylist Manager with all functions related to the photoshoots and other projects directed towards the Styling Team. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: Check in, case, and organize samples for 3 seasons at any given time (last/current/next) Launder samples before seasonal photoshoot (washer and dryer are in building) Pack and unpack samples for marketing photoshoots Unpack, organize, and prep samples on photoshoot/dressing models Check all samples at photoshoot location to ensure quality Log and maintain records of all items Act as primary support for Stylist Manager Act as primary support for internal fashion shows and any other miscellaneous projects directed towards the Styling Team Act as cross-functional liaison between Sourcing, Merchants, and Creative Services Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred 0-3 years of experience Skills and Behaviors: Highly organized and able to multi task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to troubleshoot during photoshoots and in preparation for shoots Must be flexible to work in a fast paced  environment and multiple deadlines with shifting priorities
