In this role, the Stylist provides personalized styling advice, guiding clients through collections and helping them build looks that reflect ba&sh’s aesthetic and the client’s individual style. Experience in retail or fashion styling, with strong knowledge of apparel, fit, and current trends.Client service skills, including the ability to build relationships, listen actively, and offer confident styling recommendations.Sales and boutique operations skills, such as POS knowledge, cash handling, and working toward individual and team sales targets.Visual merchandising and presentation skills, including maintaining displays, organizing product, and ensuring brand standards on the sales floor.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and customer needs.Genuine passion for fashion and enthusiasm for representing the ba&sh brand; prior luxury or contemporary fashion experience is a plus.
