Title: Stylist JOB REQUIREMENTS Work a minimum of 5 hours per week Work 1-3 days per week. Work 3 out of 4 4th quarter Holidays (Day before Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, day before Christmas, Day after Christmas) Work 2 National Holidays. Must wear 1 PIFFY item per shift. Be on time and clock in for all shifts, clock out for all breaks taken outside the store and when shifts have ended. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the Manager and Stylists to ensure the store provides a consistent and memorable customer experience. Evaluate merchandise brand performance and inventory levels and provide feedback to the Manager in order to optimize sales and profitability. Communicate and implement strategies that meet company-merchandising standards including: merchandise flow, inventory control, pricing/markdowns, signage, and visual directives. Uses good judgment about the company’s objectives in determining solutions to customer service issues. Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities and maximize financial goals. Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
