Stylist

At Banana Republic, we are looking for an enthusiastic Stylist to be an integral part of our store team. In this role, you will be our customers’ go-to fashion source and provide them with the information and advice they need to look their best. We are seeking a genuine fashion enthusiast who is passionate about helping others feel confident and beautiful.The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for fashion. Responsibilities: Provide customers with fashion advice and help them find the perfect outfit or accessory that meets their needs Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and the Banana Republic brand Greet customers warmly and engage with them to determine their individual style needs Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and payment methods Offer styling and fashion advice to clients, both in-person and over the phone Utilize sales strategies to meet individual and store-wide sales goals Assist with merchandising and restocking of store displays Keep a clean and organized work area Process payments and maintain accurate sales records Participate in team meetings and store events We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
