Role Description The Styling Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle or Redmond, WA. This role leads the in-store styling experience, guiding customers through personalized outfitting, trend education, and wardrobe building that reflects EVEREVE’s elevated and versatile aesthetic. Day-to-day responsibilities include styling customers on the sales floor, coaching team members on styling principles and customer engagement, and ensuring visual merchandising supports key trends and brand stories. The Styling Leader collaborates with store leadership to drive sales through styling events, fittings, and client outreach, while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and service-focused environment. This position also supports operational tasks such as coordinating new product launches, providing product knowledge training, and helping to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

Strong fashion styling skills, with the ability to create versatile looks, interpret trends, and build cohesive outfits for diverse customers.Customer service and clienteling abilities, including active listening, personalized recommendations, and building long-term customer relationships.Team leadership and coaching experience, with skills in motivating others, giving feedback, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.Sales and retail skills, such as meeting sales goals, understanding key performance metrics, and supporting merchandising and inventory awareness.Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to present styling ideas and product information in an engaging, approachable way.Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance styling appointments, floor coverage, and operational responsibilities.Previous experience in fashion retail, personal styling, or a related customer-facing environment is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Seattle or Redmond, WA, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods as needed.
