Style Encore Management Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

With strong leadership, the store management team promotes a high level of customer service and continually strives for innovative solutions and alternatives in strengthening the business. • Meet or exceed financial goals, focusing on sales and overall profitability • Maintain controllable expenses within established guidelines • Drive sales through the development of staff focusing on coaching, training, and modeling desired behaviors • Manage all customer buys to ensure we maintain productivity and profitability standards • Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards on a daily basis • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training associates for all store positions • Create and maintain an environment of consistent and continuous coaching through positive reinforcement • Ensure all inventory functions are completed as directed including regular inventory counts • Prepare daily bank deposits and perform daily/weekly monetary auditing tasks • Other duties as assigned • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day • Lifting up to 40 lbs.
