Key responsibilities include: • Execute and maintain visual standards to create a compelling store environment • Develop and execute promotional signing to enhance guest engagement • Stay up-to-date on assortment and brand offerings to provide expert advice to guests • Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to solve and support guest needs • Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity • Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices • Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices • Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
